Thank you for taking the time to write your lengthy response. You explained everything very well, and I don't have questions on what you wrote below.

One question on spirituality overall: Does spiritual awareness (of the "true self" or any other spiritual matter) bring us joy? Is it supposed to bring us joy? Do you have a serenity now that you did not possess maybe 20 years ago?
