Beth, thanks for a phrase I'll also incorporate in my response for prayers. I usually say, "I'll be remembering you..." but your words are more loving. And, like you, I do "hold in my heart" the one in need, their family and the person who asked for prayers. Martin, I continue to remember and hold hope for your neighbor, for his family and for you.
