TRAGIC SUICIDE IN PULASKI CO. KY. -  The Tyranny of runaway Family Court Judges

His name is David Allen Taylor, a son Nicholas Taylor. On Feb. 15, 2005, after leaving the proceedings of Family Courts Judge Debra Lambert, of one of the most abusive, reckless, incompetent judges in the state, one of the most willful and wanton violator of constitutional rights, David Taylor took his life outside the courthouse. Local Groups say that Judge Debra Lambert, the wife of Supreme Court Justice Joseph Lambert, abuses discretion, criminally violates the rights of parents regularly with overreaching oppressive orders, and tarnishes the integrity of the judiciary. We are calling for a full investigation.
We ask all of you to take a moment and pray for and send your condolences to the family at condolences@lakecumberlandfuneralhome.com

Then our appeal brief will be due in about 30 days. We seek to have it remanded to allow amending the main complaint, which was our right, and erroneously denied by the DC.
The filing Fees and cost will come to about $400, if denied to proceed without paying filing fee. ( In forma pauperis ) and we need your help in covering the costs.
